Idiot Boyz Salmon Steaks with

Peach Mango Salsa

3 tomatoes
1 cup chopped mango

1 cup chopped peach
1 onions chopped

3 tbs. Chopped Cilantro
Half Jar of Idiot Boyz Hot Sauce (or to taste)

4 center cut Salmon steaks Mix all salsa ingredients excepts salmon and let stand

for at least 30 minutes. Brush grill with oil before you grill the salmon steaks. Turn

a quarter turn to get nice grill marks, flip over quarter. Turn salmon over

and repeat step. Serve the salsa on the top.
